Do you work with small businesses?+
Most of our clients have between five and a hundred staff. If the project is too small for us to do well, we'll say so and point you somewhere sensible.
Can you take over an existing website or ad account?+
Yes. We audit what's there first and tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or rebuilding - those are very different budgets.
How do payments work?+
Typically 50% to start, 25% at first draft, 25% on handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Who owns the work?+
You do - code, designs, accounts and data, from the first day. We don't hold anything hostage.
